The Ground Service Cart works in conjunction with the externally serviced toilets to allow convenient servicing from outside the aircraft.

It is a self-contained unit with a built-in 12 VDC pump that supplies 40 PSI on demand.

The Service Cart has capacity to hold 8 gallons of waste and 4 gallons of rinse/flushing fluid.

It is constructed of aluminum and PVC to be lightweight yet durable.

A battery charger is provided with the cart.

The Service Cart attaches easily to the service panel using quick disconnect coupling.

1. Attach fluid lines from Ground Service Cart to service panel on aircraft.
2. Turn on power at cart. (This pressurizes flushing fluid line going to toilet.) Slightly open waste tank gate valve on service cart.
3. Engage switch on aircraft service panel. This activates the macerator/pump. Waste is pumped from the toilet to the service cart.
4. Turn pump switch on at cart. Fresh flushing fluid from the cart will rinse the toilet and refill its reservoir.
5. Shut off power at cart. Close gate valve on waste tank.
6. Disconnect lines.
7. Cap service panel lines and close cover.
