Externally serviced models employ the latest technology in design and are manufactured of tough molded plastic and composite materials with a high strength-to-weight ratio.

The Series 90 meet or exceed FAR 25.853, FAR 25.561 and FAR 25.789. No supporting structure is required for installation. The unit may simply be fastened to an existing floor structure with four AN3 cap screws.

Powered by 28 VDC the in-flight power requirement is less than one amp for the flushing cycle. Ground servicing requires 8 amps for a period of 15 seconds.

In flight use of the toilet is conventional. Raise the bowl cover for use and then simply lower the cover for automatic flush; or, on some installations, press the FLUSH button to activate the flushing pump. Depending on the particular model, waste capacity up to 5 gallons with as many as 28 flushes is available.
